Our owner, Claire Isherwood, founded ClaiReflex in 2012 after discovering her passion for holistic therapies when holidaying in Austria.
Since then she has completed numerous certifications in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, and additional training courses to complement these.
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality holistic treatments in a relaxing and welcoming environment. Our mission is to help restore balance and wellness to your life through natural, therapeutic practices.
This place is a hidden gem and well worth a visit. My daughter and I had 90 minutes each of blissful treatments in a lovely quiet salon, we both agreed that the treatments were the best we'd ever had!
Claire created a relaxing environment and she is a very experienced beautician. I would have no hesitation recommending her.
I had reflexology with Claireflex never had it before, I would highly recommend it as it was very relaxing and it seemed to have lasting benefits. I will be going back for more! Very reasonable too.
Fab. Had an Indian head massage and it was amazing. Have booked my next appt!
